They're offering a free $50 in-play bet on England vs Italy. Problem is, I can't log in to make my in-play bet. And chat is "unavailable"?

Before I accuse them of anything, a question: is anyone else having a similar problem?

it was working for the first 5 minutes or so, then i wasnt able to add anything to the bet slip.....and now i cant login at all.

Now I'm in, but I can't see my history. I tried to make a bet and it took like 60 seconds for the bet to be accepted, but my balance is still the same... looks like it wasn't accepted. But I can't see if it was or not in my history, since it doesn't work...

I have had the same thing. I bet 0-0 (@6.5) right after the game started, there were a lot of problems but I know my bet got through. When I checked right after the game my original stake was back in my account and I couldn't see my bet in the unsettled bets section.

Don't know what to do now. Tried contacting support but they seem to be busy.

Seems that they have given an account credit to people who had an ante post bet even if they couldn't (or didn't) put on an in play bet.
