Any insight about Pinnacle expanding in soccer leagues?

About 1 month ago Pinnacle started offering odds on many different smaller leagues:

• Colombia A
• Ecuador A
• Paraguay
• Peru 1
• Uruguay
• USA (NASL)

However a fair amount of games havent been up, for example USA (NASL) missing most games

Has anybody got any info on this matter?
