Standard Bonus Procedure?

Hello, I took a couple year hiatus from gambling but came back and just threw $1,000 into justbet.cx a couple days ago after reading some positive reviews.

I called to make a deposit and they offered a 50% freeplay ($500) with a 10x rollover. I took it.

I made 250 in bets with my original deposit , not even touching the Freeplay.

So right now in my account is $1,250 and the 500$ freeplay.


They are trying to say I can't withdraw any money without rolling over the original 1500 10 times.

Is this normal? I haven't even touched the freeplay/bonus and they aren't letting me access my money.

No, it will be 10 times rollover of the $1000 deposit and whatever you win off the $500 freeplay, so if play a 2 team parlay and win $1500 with your freeplay your RO will be 10 times 2500.

It's definitely 100% normal that u cannot win money and cashout until rollover is complete.

U are nowhere near complete on rollover so u can't cashout yet bud

actually, if still have not used the $500 freeplay, I bet they'd like you give it back if you're unhappy with rollover terms.
