On April 24, I requested information from LowVig regarding the status of a $15,000 **** I had requested April 16. They informed me it takes about 10 business days and I should get it April 30. They then informed me it would be delayed until May 4. On May 6 they informed me it was re-sent on May 2 and so the clock would start over, though the promise was now that I would receive it within a week.
On May 24 they informed me that part of the wire information I provided was apparently not correct. It is possible I did send them a certain # in error but I doubt it since I have done it many times before, and the number they claimed I submitted was too long (it's like submitting a 20 digit ** number). The payout was then re-processed on May 24 and the whole scenario above has repeated itself. Tomorrow it will be 4 weeks since the third attempt was made and still nothing.
What is worse is I requested a while ago that they simply cancel the wire and that I would withdraw through a different method (in their defense, I successfully processed an $8000 b2b in May), but they say this is not possible because they are still waiting to hear back from their processor.
Despite the successful b2b payout, I am still concerned for the BOL/LV family and saddened that they are apparently extending it to include sportsbetting.ag (a previously well functioning sportsbook). In addition to this issue with LowVig, I am waiting significantly longer than usual for moneybookers payouts from both BetOnline and sportsbetting.ag at this moment.
While I find these withdrawal issues concerning, I do not believe they intend to stiff any players. Having read other posts about these books, I see a lot of slowpays but as of yet no one seems to have been stiffed. That said, don't expect to get your winnings out of these books easily.
It is really too bad, a few years ago BOL was one of my favorite books. They had good lines and promos, paid quickly, and had the best customer service I'd ever encountered online. It seems none of those features remain.
