LowVig slowpay - unable to process a **** in over two months now
On April 24, I requested information from LowVig regarding the status of a $15,000 **** I had requested April 16. They informed me it takes about 10 business days and I should get it April 30. They then informed me it would be delayed until May 4. On May 6 they informed me it was re-sent on May 2 and so the clock would start over, though the promise was now that I would receive it within a week.

On May 24 they informed me that part of the wire information I provided was apparently not correct. It is possible I did send them a certain # in error but I doubt it since I have done it many times before, and the number they claimed I submitted was too long (it's like submitting a 20 digit ** number). The payout was then re-processed on May 24 and the whole scenario above has repeated itself. Tomorrow it will be 4 weeks since the third attempt was made and still nothing.

What is worse is I requested a while ago that they simply cancel the wire and that I would withdraw through a different method (in their defense, I successfully processed an $8000 b2b in May), but they say this is not possible because they are still waiting to hear back from their processor.

Despite the successful b2b payout, I am still concerned for the BOL/LV family and saddened that they are apparently extending it to include sportsbetting.ag (a previously well functioning sportsbook). In addition to this issue with LowVig, I am waiting significantly longer than usual for moneybookers payouts from both BetOnline and sportsbetting.ag at this moment.

While I find these withdrawal issues concerning, I do not believe they intend to stiff any players. Having read other posts about these books, I see a lot of slowpays but as of yet no one seems to have been stiffed. That said, don't expect to get your winnings out of these books easily.

It is really too bad, a few years ago BOL was one of my favorite books. They had good lines and promos, paid quickly, and had the best customer service I'd ever encountered online. It seems none of those features remain.

I recently had a similar issue with Betonline and submitted several complaints to SBR which seemed to go unnoticed while Shari91 continued to post "SBR REPORT" threads about books not paying players a fraction of what I was requesting from Betonline and had been waiting for a shorter period than I had been for their funds.

I guess now that Sportsbetting.ag has been acquired by Betonline we will no longer be hearing about their slow pay issues. It appears that SBR has jumped back on the extort Easystreet B.S. for the time being.

Sportsbetting.ag was acquired by BetOnline? I must have been asleep at the wheel on that one. Didn't see that newsflash come through.

It is pretty safe to say that the rumor is true.

Just rumor. I asked spprtsbetting and they said "they cannot comment on that". If it were not true they would have just said so.

Have you gotten paid from sportsbetting.ag via moneybookers before?

                      yes several times
about a year and a half ago and before that they processed wires for me. then since a year and a half ago when you requested a wire they just sent it to your moneybookers. So I believe for those who deposited via moneybookers, it is still their policy to pay out the same way even though it is not a listed option.

You still think anyone who says something nice about a book is a shill. I could say the same thing to you about EZstreet, BetIslands or Heritage. What I find amusing is that you are still welcome at these books. Must not be doing very well, HH. Let me guess, SIA and Bodog phone you daily trying to get you to sign up?

BOL was a great book a couple years ago, and I said so on the forum. Now they are not so great, and I say so on the forum. What more do you want?

Shill was a bit strong; I retract it. Several months ago I was complaining about a rubber check I received from BOL and you bent over backwards defending them. Now you have a payout complaint against their sister Book. Just seemed interesting that what goes around comes around. Regardless, it's definitely wise to dump this outfit now.

All ive ever said is that they treated me great, and in particular processed a ton of payouts. I say that and have said that about a number of other books.

So what if Heritage stiffs you tomorrow HH? Would you call that ironic? I wouldnt.

No reason why you cant like a book one year and then not the next year. Books change and BOL is clearly not the same book. If you realized this you would have made a killing at Jazettes the past few years instead of bemoaning a stiff half a decade ago. Are they A books? No. Do i play a lot with them? Yes. Do i think i will someday get stiffed by one? Probably. Do i think its still worth the risk? Yes.

Just request p2p (or b2b). Your mistake was to ask for a check. That doesn't make it right, but that's how the cookie crumbles at BOL/LV. I wouldn't consider them separate operations.

No shit, Sherlock. I have played at BetUSA (Jazette) for some time, but I reserve the right to bemoan the SB.com stiffing from 07. Just like you have the right to whine here.

After a few years I decided to re-up at the few brands that didn't steal. I started back with Brobury and when they announced they were closing up, I switched to BetUSA (B-)--the safest Jazette Book remaining.
