Betonline has paid me multiple withdrawls via P2P within a few days. I tried another method and had to get SBR involved.

I used skybook last year and was paid within a day. Bookmaker, Betislands, and 5dimes also paid quickly .

p2p is the best way to go ANYWHERE, most pay same day or next day. Also the card at Rebate Wager is great, get paid within an hour. I am speaking from USA perspective, foreigners with access to Neteller and MB have it best.

exactly, payouts to US residents and to non-US residents should really be separate categories
