Betvictor withholding my funds
Hi all, new here, quick question though.
I opened a Betvictor account in the UK and deposited £25.00, lost it, which gave me a £25.00 free promo cash.
I bet this £25.00 and won £57.50 profit from this promo bet (rules are to wager winnings to £100 before being able to withdraw).
I lost that £57.50, and logged out.
Last week I deposited £100 in the same account to play live casino because I had a ZERO balance, I gambled this and won £130, and then withdrew.
Now, security at BetVictor have blocked my withdrawal and stated that I still need to wager the remaining £53.50 in order to be able to withdraw my winnings?
Is this correct? I assume that a free bet was, a free bet, and if I lost it that would be the end of it. I didn't understand that there is then an obligation to meet the wager requirement if you deposit more of your own money.

Basically, I've made a complaint and am waiting to hear from their manager.
