BetUS, Pinnacle, BetCris not accepting parlays on baseball, why?
I noticed those 3 big books are not accepting parlays between spread and total on baseball, but I know Bodog and some other small ones are. Is the correlation that bad? or the books are simply getting owned and they are acting defensively?

BTW, I noticed that if I browse the forum without logging in, it is lighting fast, the moment I log in, i start getting server busy errors and takes forever to do anything, is anyone else experiencing this?

Most books do not take these. There is enough correlation in some situations to overcome the juice.

Just to clear, we are only talking about totals and runlines, not moneylines?

I remember back in the old days when Wagerstreet used to take run line and total parlays on the same game. Man, did I love betting there till they finally woke up.
