? for Lou or Justin 7 on complaint counts

Would you ever consider releasing complaint counts on your top rated books? I think this would be beneficial for potential sport bettors on choosing the best book for them. I understand they fluctuate depending on a variety of factors. Just a thought and a question.

I see perhaps 1 complaint every 3 months against books rated A- or higher... except Betfair, where I get perhaps two per month.

justin what about bol and bovada? iirc you guys have them rated as a books, despite the fact that slowpays are the norm there. you guys must get 1 complaint every day for them

Getting honest answers about issues at Betonline from SBR is impossible. Every time you ask a mod about BOL issues they disappear and instead go and bump a thread about payout issues at Betphoenix or sportsbetting.ag.

I do get some, but they are almost never serious. In most of those cases, I review what happened and agree with how it was handled.
