    Betonline-- Customer Service, Beware! Dont do it...
    I would like to say that I am a LOW limit sports wagering adult. I have been playing for the last year at Betonline due to their easy deposit methods even though I have recieved "shady" customer service at best over this past year. I notice that if try to accomplish anything thru the LIVE chat, it can be a very difficult thing. Once again I am a very LOW limit sportsbook wagering individual and do it for entertainment and a reason to watch many sporting events.

    I placed a $30 prop bet on MLB- No run-scored in 1st inn- Phils/Cubs for tonight game. There was no run scored in the first inning and I won....At least I thought I won. I proceed to Live Chat to explain that the wager was graded as a "Cancel" instead of a "Win". I spend a fair amount of time on Chat and the Betonline Rep leaves Chat for some reason?? Just disconnects?? So, I reconnect and start another Chat. Once again, the rep leaves chat after repeatedly telling me to hold. I then get on Chat for the 3rd time and told that the graded wager will be corrected and fixed in 10-15min. One hour goes by and still not corrected. I get back on Live Chat AGAIN to say that the wager is STILL not graded properly. Of course I need to tell my whole story over again. Needless to say, I spend the next HOUR on live chat with the Betonline rep telling me that the wager is a LOSS and that both pitchers must start. (both pitchers did start). Then the rep tells me that there were NO runs scored in the first inn. ( I know there was no score in the first inn. Thats what I freaking bet on, dildo). After going back and forth for 60 min, even after asking to speak with a manager, I get know where. I freaking won a wager and Betonline is unwilling to compensate for a wager that I got correct and Betonline is simply too lazy to invest time into investigating my issue. Instead they choose to piss off a customer that they have had for over a year(me), a customer that probably deposits $600 month(me), a customer that could potentially come on a forum like SBR and complain(like now). And guess what, they simply dont care. How the hell can any legit bussiness expect to succeed if they dont care about their customers??? Answer that. It has NOTHING to do with the money that I was not fairly given here, it has to do with the fact that they are in a bussiness to provide accurate and courteous customer service. And not disagree or deny a customer when they bring an error that has happened thru the site on their side.

    Plain and simple, Betonline SUCKS. I've said it before, but mean it this time. I will NOT go back!!

    Included is the CHAT which got me nowhere. I urge you all to stay away from this site.

    Just a note- There are many minutes that pass in between the Rep telling me to "HOLD a MOMENT" over and over agian. In the end I cant take it no more and simply give up on the funds. Not worth wasting another hour over a few dollars. But worth the time to give you my story so you all can stay away from Betonline.

    and buddy that is unreal u even have to fight to get a correct play graded for hours....

      You are right, the writing is in the wall. The writing has been on the wall for a long time and I would not even know about betonline if I wouldnt have come to SBR. SBR at the time had them rated as a "A" book, so I followed SBRs recommendation. Well, you could say I was led in the wrong direction, just like many others I am sure. At least SBR dropped their rating to "B". It just suks that there will be others out there like me who get led to Betonline when that could simply be avoided by SBR dropping their rating of Betonline to where it needs to be to save many people many of headaches. Thanks for the reply man.

            I am now convinced BetOnline is not really an existing company, but a genius marketing creation by the other legit top rated books, to further bolster fear In US players to only play at thier books.

            'BetOnline' simply takes the money it receives from deposits, saves by having a computer generated live chat, and steals either through incompetence or intentionally, and spends it all on marketing and 'advertising extortion' to keep this facade going until the money almost dries up, and then poof--Betonline will miraculously get 'sold' to new owners.

            Lather, Rinse, Repeat.

              While grading issues suck, it's pretty routine in my experience that books screw up prop bets so this issue is certainly not unique to BetOnline. Lots of clerks aren't familiar with the sport, there might be a language barrier in place, or whatever. There have been times I was completely polite and the clerk acted like I was wasting their time for wanting my bet graded correctly. I can recount numerous times when I wasted a lot of time in chat with a clueless clerk, didn't get satisfaction, and then the next day a manager fixed it in minutes.

              What I do now is simply send an email detailing the prop. In this case, I would paste a copy of the ticket into an email, say "This is graded incorrectly as a cancel. There was no score in the first inning and both listed pitchers did start. Could you correct this grading to a win? Thank you." I generally get better results that way than wasting my time on the phone or in live chat.

                Great advice man. I will take that route in the future as well. Now that I think about it...it basically did go down as you are describing. Probably will save alot of time if i can just wait till the following day in the future and try will the actual sports wagering department vs. the clerk. Still fustrating as hell. I am happy to say that I DID dump Betonline "officially" today. I made my first deposit with BetIslands and I was given 100% freeplay matching my deposit amount and they paid for my fees for the P2P deposit. I am happy as this last customer service experience with inferior Betonline as led me to what I hope to be a better customer service experience at BetIslands.

                  I've posted this before about wanting to know the complaint counts against all "top rated" books. I bet Betonline has everyone beat by 4 or 5 times the amount. It's obvious they don't care about their CS. They do what they want and treat people like garbage. They're definitely helping out the other top books by pushing their clients to 5dimes, Betislands, etc.

                    Very worried BETONLINE.AG

                    I have been betting for over 25 years and had good and bad experiences. I recently sent a little over 400 hundred and made 300 hundred. Then after talking to them I decided to do more research. Then I got worried and decided to pull it out. I said to myself if they send it I will keep the account open and try them in small denominations.

                    So Friday comes and I reuested my amount because you get $50.00 towards your wiring fee. Primarely, I need to trust them before I give them any other action. So I put in my request and called them to verify the request. Reminded me of the English Sports Book days when I was severally ripoff. He said uh uh (meaning yes the request was in. Two days later I called to see if it was ready. They said they canceled it. I said what? Why? They want a copy of my Drivers License and utility bill. I said I sent you cash not a CC, why do you need that? He said policy.

                    In these days and times do I really want these people to have my DOB, DL and utility bill? This is absurd. These are cash transactions and receieving a cash transaction through ** already requires a DL. Why do they want all my information? Yup to use it, sell it etc. I am very mad about the inconvienance and it being canceled my money needs to stay their another week? Who is to say I will get it? What are your thoughts?

                      You will get your money if you dont continue to place any other wagers over the next week and happen to lose what you have accrued. This is Betonlines way of making you jump thru a few more hoops before you withdrawl in the HOPES that you will place another couple of wagers and possibly lose your funds. What does Betonline have to lose? Their best shot of retaining some of the cash is to keep you in limbo as long as possible. But the will pay, just a game that the inferior books play with their customers. I am told that the "true" SBR rated books will pay you with not having to go thru the verification proccess if you use P2P to deposit. Just another reason to stay away from Betonline. But tell all of your friends that SBR has ranked them as "top" rated book and many will be misleaded. Just like SBR mislead me.

                        I agree that BOL has way too many CS complaints, they fell on my radar after they cloned that CBB future from the Greek last year, incorrectly graded it a loss, and when they finally corrected it a month later after many many people told them it was a slam dunk in favor of the player, they acted like they were doing the player a favor and SBR praised them for exercising due diligence by not acting too quickly. But in this particular instance, lots of books have crappy CS with low level clerks dealing with grading issues. I've gotten bad customer service at some point from just about every book under the sun.

                          Same goes in Panama.

                                    I have no experience at Heritage. They are rated high on this site. My 2 outs are 5 Dimes/DSI. Would recommend both.

                                      Yup. Same experiences here. I have TOO many issues with their inept support to even begin to name. Let me just say that they can't even fulfill my request to CLOSE the account properly,after all the ridiculousness. I've requested to have my acct closed 7 times and have had 4 responses stating that they had done so. After which i go to my acct page and immediately log right in. They regularly responded to my questions with answers that were seemingly responses to a different question. If it weren't so frustrating ,it would be laughable.
                                      I urge anyone who takes support as seriously as I do ,to stay away from these jokers. BTW,still able to go into my acct as I write this.

                                        It is like communicating with Nigerian con artists. The sound like the people that pray on the elderly with fake lottories. I used my other account to be opposite betonline. Ag It took a few times but my betonline.ag account is zero and my other book has the money. And yes I lost 300 in juice doing this. But my money is safe now. Never ever consider betonline.ag. Ever again.
