    Betislands tennis grading question
    Hey guys,

The other morning I bet on Potito Starace for 250.00 at Betislands and he was facing Carlos Berlocq or however you spelled it. Well after about 5 games Berlocq retired which most people predicted would happen prior to the match even starting. The bet was accepted and the old software used to say "1 ball served" so I assume that meant that no matter if the guy retires after the first serve or not the bet stands. Anyways, my bet was graded as NO BET and canceled in my history. Did this happen to anyone else? I have won retirements at betislands before.

They changed the rules http://www.betislands.ag/rules/sports-rules.php. One set must be completed.

Thank you, so typical. They change the rules a day or two at most before this match. I still love the book though

I think they are in a transition of switching to a new sportsbooks betting system. So, that's why they changed rules.

A book is perfectly entitled to change rules, particularly to come into line with the biggest and best in the industry but must ALWAYS advise players when they do.

I would hope that this change was clearly announced and the new rule displayed on the relevant betting page and that the OP simply didn't read it?
