Asian Handicap on Soccer/Football for Americans?

Many of the European books offer a number of different asian handicap lines on soccer matches. I can find a few books that offer one or two lines, but I am looking for one that offers many. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

5Dimes and Betonline have the best AH lines available for Americans that I have found. Heritage is OK, but not as good as the first two.
