| Last night I won $XXXXX last night from free roll > sit n go's. I checked back on my account about a hour ago and see my balance as $0.00. One of the representatives said that the server is closed for maintenance and players would be notified. Obviously, the server isn't down and these players obviously still have their money to keep playing. Now, I received two different stories about the server from two representatives, and they will not specifically tell me why my money went to flat $0.00.. The second tells me to wait 72 hours and the money will be transferred to Sportsbook (and it's part of the Sportsbook rule<--really?!) He then tells me to log out. I log back in and the cashier button comes to "Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)" and I can't reach to the representatives....... I'm confused... Do you have to take all my money for this "maintenance to occur?" Did this happened to anyone else or is it just me? |
