they have hands down the best customer service staff i've ever seen in the industry. However It's seems to be short staffed and overworked ! i mean honestly is any other top rated book where you can name the entire staff? they have 5 people.

I no longer play at betislands as the account was closed 2 days ago . so im looking for another book with similar good
qualitys

first that comes to mind is legends Rachel has her staff well trained and customer friendly not to mention they all speak good english

If I may ask.....why was your account closed at B.I.? I agree BetIslands has been a great experience. I can honestly say they are probably the best I have ever played at.

I like Heritage too. Very good customer service there! I had a delay in payout using one method, but I think it was the method that caused that. It just took an extra week because of that. Either way, all in all, good experience.

Greek and Betfair stand out for me. Both want to do anything they can to make you happy, in my experience.

1Vice guys seem to be extra helpful and pleasant too.

Bookmaker and 5Dimes CS make me feel like the enemy. But they get the job done when I have needed them, so would still give them a pass mark too.
