Compare a year and a half ago to the current USA climate. I could still play on Stars and Full Tilt. Here on SBR you could get sportsbookcash or bonuses if you are from the USA.
Fast forward to now....SBR you can get little sportsbook perks if you are in the USA. Online poker is dead. I can get no bonuses from 5dimes anymore. I was thinking about going with DSI but even in the face of a bonus its just blah. I would like to learn how to bet baseball better but without perks it just seems blah.
I played online chess today at the ICC and really enjoyed it. I can play backgammon online and it challanges me to be better. Its a nice feeling to want to improve in something online and not be about sports or poker.
Im going to keep my money and enjoy the summer. Shame what the DOJ and some frivalous lawsuits did to SBR and the online gambling scene. Its just Meh now.
