I use the vanilla **** gift cards. These can be bought at Walgreens.

Due to government regulations beginning April 1, 2012, G2G gift cards purchased at a retail location or on this website may only be used at merchants located in the U.S., including Internet purchases. This regulation does not apply to corporate Awards2Go cards.
