I figure it is only fair to dish out to all parties involved here since everyone involved looks foolish for some part of their actions.

the complaintant - Said 4 weeks when in reality the 6th of March until now is 3 weeks and business day wise even less. Mind u, that if I was owed 5k I might be a little uneasy bout a newer/lower rated book also.. so no harm no foul here....I also was the one who recommended the guy (if worried) to ask sbr for advice/help in the original thread

Sbr's response:
sbr normally takes its own gathering of information and talks with management of the book in question before releasing a news wire. I guarantee u if I had a payout complaint with 5dimes/heritage/bookmaker/betislands/justbet (sponsor books) that sbr wouldnt release a newswire with chicken little sky is falling the day of the complaint. heh..

So although their response was timely, it was also a little early considering now Zach/bookie/americasbookie has agreed they made a mistake and they will pay in full ASAP (hopefully expedited since their fault for slowness)... this could have been solved over the phone/through email/etc (behind closed doors).. no reason to issue a special news update about a 1 hr old complaint especially when resolution was solved quite quickly... if payment isn't or hadnt been made within the time guaranteed in the behind closed doors agreement, then a newswire and a stiff book alert by justin7 would deem warranted imo.

Americas Bookie: Although I do agree that it may be early for a complaint to be filed, I also would stress that the client is due possible compensation along with ur formal appology presented here due to being put through this inconvience....maybe he should be compensated.. a freeplay, or maybe a bonus to his withdrawal for the time waited? ..I am not experienced in these circumstances, but u are admitting that this was a mistake and the client should have been paid already...

Furthermore, I do agree the guy should have been paid already and leaving money in the account for days/weeks is not the best business practice. Zach, u like to model ur business after bookmaker.. ask them if they do that?

(this of course is a slight jab and a haha joke.. but once again I have chosen to be critical of all parties involved in my review of the situation).

Hold on a sec here...i cant believe people are questioning ME. Ive tried to resolve this problem privately several times! Each time i was promised something and the sportsbook didnt follow through....ive been playing with these guys for a while now..when you call to make a withdrawl it should be taken out of the account right away...i dont know any other book that does it any differently...plus i was always told that if you make a request by tuesday noon, money will be sent out that same friday (as check are sent once a week). I can understand if they said to me you know what we are having some difficulty with check withdrawls, maybe think of other payment method... But they didnt...they kept lying to me about when it would be sent and i got fed up....ive been gambling for years and never had a single book take this much time with withdrawals...nobody forgot about this withdrawal...i was in contact with them on numerous occasions....i question whether there is a money flow issue...on positive note...what i like about them are their generous bonuses and small rollover requirements...but im not sure i can stick around after this....zach promised me i would have the money in my hands before the weekend...lets see....

What happened? Did you follow up with them? Its now thursday and the latest was that Zach promised my withdrawal will be in my hands before the weekend...but still no tracking number given so im not holding my breath...

I wanted to write you a note of thanks on here...you have been a standup guy..admitted fault, gave free play and sent out money that fedex says i should get tomorrow...the problem that needs to be fixed is the fact that your co-workers were not truthful...you dont tell someone the money will be sent out when its not..if you guys are going to take 30 days to send out winnings why play at your site? Ive gambled for a long time now and used several different sites and NEVER had a check withdrawal take that long...if this problem is fixed i would have no problem recommending you guys in the future as there are plenty of positives, including bonuses and rollover requirements...ease of website use and types of wagering available.....

the only problem i see here is that if a book screws up 1 time people jump all over them i mean he does 100's transactions a month and screws up 1 time and people want to put them down people just need to chill out and deal with them direct instead of coming on here a trying to screw there name up

What a turd, u got your $ unfortunately late, they said it was a mixup, apologized to u about it, just told u they moved last month and your still complaining. Wake up into the real world sometimes places make mistakes. Geeze next time u want your $ faster don't use that method and use the p2p.

First off i don't even use them. Second i was saying to give them a break as i was reading this story and Zack kept his word which your just basically telling him there is nothing he can do to please u. I also told u that u don't have to play anymore with them if u don't want to. Also this is not the only book to have hold ups on withdrawals 5dimes, bookmaker, bodog, have all had some delays at some point.
But your this sour person unable to be pleased, also grumpy. Learn some manners it will get u further in life.
