BWIN withdrawal problems

hi, i made a withdrawal request via Bank Transfer from BWIN on the 17th of march 2012 for over 15k GBP its 27 march now and still no confirmation. Last time i made a withdrawal for under 10k GBP and it was in my account in 2 working days. Ive sent them 3 e-mails now and all they say is

"As previously stated your withdrawal request of xxxxx GBP is already being processed you will receive and email from our finance department informing you as soon as your withdrawal has been completed"

Its the 7th working day now. Anyone has any idea why is this happening ?

dont worry they will pay , but I would not trust any bookie with 15K.

thats a lot of money to have on bwin. what do you bet, and what limits you have?

when they still took my bets, i was able to put 1000 eur bets occasionally on major leagues.

When I earned money my account is blocked: My account is blocked. Please contact our support. My friend are had same problems.

I play in the casino i dont bet. but i play big so i win big... the limit is calculated from your withdrawals i think anyways
