Wire Transfer from SportsBetting.com

I was told to get my bank's swift code in order to complete the money transfer (which I am only doing because their check bounced). I asked the teller and she had no idea what I was talking about. My bank is Wachovia.

Can anybody help?

My advice would be to ask another teller or the bank manager for that info sir.
