Hi captain - DSI is an A+ rated book here at SBR so I wouldn't be concerned about the safety of your funds but most every sportsbook will encounter unforeseen delays in processing on rare occasions. If you ever want SBR to enquire about your payment, feel free to fill out a Complaint Form and someone can follow up your payment for you.

Wire payouts take a long time.. u didnt chose a fast method like P2p(24hrs as quoted on website potentially) payouts or even check. U basically chose the one that takes a while.

According to their website the wire method isnt listed.. but I am gonna live chat them and see

*edit - Through discussion with live chat.. it appears that bankwires can take up to 7-15 business days.. If u have waited 3 weeks (that is probabaly 15 business days) and u are at the far end of the cusp... I would probabaly wait another 3-5 days personally before I woul be making a complaint form and worrying.

I sent a complaint. It's been 6 weeks. I gave my bank statement I have followed up so many times. I Trusted it's A + rating.

Captain, I would be frustrated not getting my funds either in a timely manner, but with betdsi they are a good book and you will get paid.

Because wires between 20-30K, $700 is the fee. Winning that amount, $700 doesn't hurt much apparently. One would think wires would be faster, few days the most. If I was withdrawing that amount, I would be content with the $2,500/week via dc. I also wouldn't want the irs notified of my payout, as it's none of their business.

So I contacted them today they said if by Wednesday bank has not sent funds they will send a ** that I will have by the end of the week. Here's hoping. I will report back. Let's see if this book is worth rating.

Luckily, I never had problems with DSI. But if DSI ever takes over 2 months to pay me, I'll be out of there for sure. Hope you get paid soon Captain & DSI gets their act together, not living up to their A+ rating.

All the complaining about payouts. There are scammers out there...tons of them. But forums like this are used to eliminate those type of books. But legit ones like DSI, bookmaker, etc have been reviewed over and over; and are as legit as you can get. I understand not getting paid in a timely manner. Thats not lost on me. But are any of you making it any easier? You...everyone on SBR....knows the US gov is trying to squash online gambling..for all sorts of reasons...but it use to be so easy to flow money from book to player and back. Now its a pain. And if you read different threads on here, you see that people are posting exactly how the remaining places pay all over. Its ridiculous. YOU PEOPLE are just telling anyone, and everyone how these books are handling their money..making it TOO EASY for those trying to shut it down. Use your heads on here...ask the questions in ways that arent so damn obvious, fill out complaint forms so SBR can do its things and be patient. This dude complaining about 20K?? seriously??? Its a bitch to deposit $20 sometimes...read some of this threads on how they have to do this or that to send money to the books. Its a crazy cat and mouse game. The legit books are trying to stay ahead of those chasing them. So taking time on payouts, and the all that should be expected. I'm not saying i wouldnt be frustrated..youre for sure granted that. Great point. How dare he be concerned that it's taken over 2 months to get paid. And over a mere $20,000.

At what point should he be concerned - 2 years?
How much money should be involved for him to be concerned - $200,000?

I can spend 3 minutes and get this info on any book, simply by filling out the online Membership form, and then without depositing yet log in and get complete info.
Of course US Government agencies would never think of this.

Exactly. There is no rule that the feds can't sign up and go on live chat and ask those same questions. I would think they know more about the ins and outs of their processing than we do already.

Just so everyone knows. I finally got paid today. I agree that it very easy to obtain anything I have posted
I dont think its a big secret?! Anyways, it took two months but getting money in the end is important.

It's good you got paid, but this is not a typical case.

You got assistance from the DSI rep on the forum, and presumably also assistance from SBR.

And even with that, it took one month after the DSI rep got involved and 2 weeks after SBR got involved before getting paid.

How long would it have taken if you didn't know about this forum? And what does that say about others who don't get forum help trying to get a withdrawal?

captain829 was paid 3/4 of the amount immediately and with zero problem. Unfortunately on the last piece (the $5000) amount there was an issue with the wire sent from the processor. There are times when these problems are not in our hands once a payment moves into the banking stream. What we do in these cases is stay vigilant on behalf of our members to make sure they are paid. Our reputation as a business depends on that. I am pleased that Captain was able to work with us for a positive result.
