I know this book has an unfavorable rep. for their customer service, but I have not had any issues lately. In fact, it's been the opposite. Today, I deposited $300 via p2p and they forgot to credit my account the related charges. Within 20 seconds of contacting customer service via chat, the additional dough was credited. Also, it takes less than 20 seconds to get a CR rep in chat, which is pretty good in my book. I know they're not perfect, but they're not as bad as comments on here would lead you to believe.
