the 5march i made a wire bank transfert of 25€ to have the bonus called
"100% welcome bonus up to 25€ " , first my money was lost in the nature..., the 16march
after have contacted the support my money is found
and today i see a balance of 25€ instead of 50€ !
so i contact the support on live chat to activate the bonus
and they activated me the " 100% bonus up to 120€ "
this bonus arrives on the site well later my deposit and i what i wanted
was my " welcome bonus " off course !
and keep this " 100% bonus up to 120€ "
for later ,
i contact another member of support and she said to me that the welcome bonus up to 25€ never
existed ( i waited it since 10days...and i check it almost every day ! )
that's just amazing, i never see that ! I've tried now to send an email but the same person than on live chat
answer to me
now they take me for a retard, so with good will i asked to can add 95€ to have the 120€ bonus if the bonus has changed during my transfert but that's evidently impossible for them...
