I'm not sure what is going on with Bovada. On February 24, my small payout was processed and approved. It is now 15 working days later and I still haven't received a tracking number yet. So obviously it said it could take up to 15 working days and I definitely didn't get it today lol. Without ever receiving a tracking number, I'm not sure when or even if I will ever receive this check. Ive contacted Bovada several times and they just keep saying you will get it soon. If anyone's got paid by Bovada lately, please let me know.

Seems as if I'm in the same boat as everyone else. Requested a payout of $1000 US on Feb 24 and was approved. Today is day 16 & was told 5 days ago that check was with FedEx & awaiting trck #. Well I work for the local FedEx and believe me we searched High & Low for the package let alone anything supposed to be shipped to my address.
I sent them a PM pretty much telling them there trick isn't working on me, & they neede to stop making other companies look bad for there lies & deception. Someone needs to send them a book on ethics!!

The way it works is like this:
Probably 5% of Bovada or any books customers know about the forums. That means 95% are vulnerable to some type of robbery of their funds because they don't know where to get their story out.
The book then does pay those who complain on the forums, the victim reports all is fixed up, and the illusion of normalcy is created. Nothing is ever heard from the 95% who don't come here or to other forums.
What you get is 95% ripped, 5% paid off to make it look 100% ok.Comment -

wow 18 business days and nada...I did email bovada and they can only tell me that my check will be delivered by DHL and they have no other information, other than I will receive my check very soon..well, I contacted DHL and they did find my information and gave my my tracking number, my check is in Singapore and I still wont get it til April 2nd. that would be exactly 1 month waiting for payout. as long as I get my check and it cashes, at this point I dont care. I just want my money...and knowing me, I will probably still play there, just knowing any payout will come a month later.

I'm not looking to pick fights, nor am I here to praise Bovada, but seriously folks, are you not aware of the current climate in banking regarding offshore gaming? People complaining about 15-20 days? Check processing is no longer a simple thing to do. Do you think there are only a handful of credible gaming providers dealing with the worlds largest market for a reason?
I've been getting money from offshore gaming companies since 1999. I got paid through PayPal, even had a PayPal **** card, my money was available in hours, then they got indicted and that was the end of that. Then there was Neteller, easy to transfer money to and from everywhere, and your money deposited in your bank account via *************** in 2 days. Then, indicted, and gone. Bank wires from PokerStars in 2 days, then gone. Checks from American Processors in 3 days, then indictments and seizures.
Keeping large amounts in American banks under hidden shell companies is just too risky for these places anymore. Yes, there are a few who can still get you checks in a few days. If thats important to you, then only play there.
If your getting checks from Bovada, then figure a month to get your check, and that check has a 15% chance of being no good. If the check is bad, they'll issue you another one. If you want it faster, than P2P and pay for the speed.
Your government considers this illegal commerce, so if you are going to partake in such commerce, you must have certain realizations and expectations. If you were buying a bag of weed, would you expect a receipt?Comment -

If you read the third paragraph that you quoted, I said there are a few that can pay you in days, and that if it's important, then play there. I'm sure if you are smaller with less people to pay out, you don't need as much financial exposure in accounts. Or perhaps, some have better processing connections.
Hey, I love getting paid in days as opposed to 3-4 weeks. But I'd be willing to speculate that Bovada is handling way more payouts than 5Dimes or Bookmaker (just guessing). I love 5Dimes, and they pay fast. And they blow Bovada away in regards to sports betting and pricing. But Bovada does have its charms and very active poker rooms and a terrific casino if that's your cup of tea. But I'm not going to freak out if Bovada takes 4 weeks to pay me cause I know that's the way it is with them.
I guess the point I was making is that we all know Bovada is going to take 3-4 weeks to get you a check and that once in a while those checks won't be good and they need to re-issue. So why do we need to get "The Sky is Falling" threads every time they're on day 20 with someone? I have accounts in many places. Some are going to get me my money faster than others, but It's not like I'm going go into panic mode every time a payment is a little slow, or check is no good. That's just the way it is, and we should all be aware of that reality. And yes, it sucks, cause I remember the good 'ol days, but the Feds are a enemy to free market gamblers in the US, and we either change it, fight it, or elude it.Comment -

Requested a payout for 200 dollars the other day. Yes 200 dollars, and believe it or not they informed me it would take 25 business days. I had to laugh at how ludicrous that sounded.
