I find that I am ineligible for the their bracket contest because I don't have $100 in my account. I have deposited $135 dollars in the last 2 days and just have lost it, but I am not eligible. Makes no sense at all and their CS clerks are the most incompetent people on the internet. I had one guy ask if the bracket contest had to do with college basketball, no joke. Their only explanation are these are the rules and we can't change them. I have been a good customer there for two years now and get treated like this. Shame
