    Would this be allowed?
betting the ML individually on the all #16 seeds and place another wager of a 4way parlay on the #1 seed MLs?

    I use 5dimes.

Yes you can do that. Actually, the book will love you for it. They want nothing more when you taking both sides and the juice is in play.

Personally, I think your "strategy" is a waste of money. A #16 seed has never beaten a #1 seed, 0-108 all time. So it's safe to say your 4 ML plays are down the drain. Now that leaves you with a 4 team parlay of the #1 seeds that will all be probably each be around ML -20000 or so. That would pay roughly a 2% return. So you bet $100 to make $2 on a 4 teamer.

Problem is you lost your 4 ML plays on the dogs, so all in all your going to lose money. Your better off just throwing a few bucks on the #16 seeds if you think this is the year. No sense in bothering with such a chalky parlay. It's in no way a hedge with the type of heavy ML's they'll be.

How many times has a #1 seed lost in the first round of the NCAA tourney? Never.

better off parlaying all the 1 seeds and 2 seeds.. and maybe pick some 3s and 4s...

doubt that even would pay close to 1 to 1
