Yeah, I am not allowed to enter the contests either, which sucks. I really don't mind them choosing which accounts to give certain promos to, but I think saying the cashback was for "ALL customers", with "all" in caps was a little much.

It does say right on the promotions page:

"Note: Accounts deemed to be professional by our risk management team are not eligible for Cash Back Reward."

This is no different that BM taking away betpoints or 5Dimes essentially taking away reduced juice by cutting your limits to nothing IMO. Pretty standard stuff.

Has anyone been monitoring this on their account?
I checked it out today to see how it works and I don't see my wagers from today reflected into the cashback calculator??

I placed roughly $400 worth of wagers today (at risk) and it still shows my totals from the day prior.

          thanks

you need to wait until those wagers get graded

they were all graded yesterday. Live Calculator still shows the same amount back as Saturday.

They were all eligible for one form of the cashback or another..but don't seem to be adding to my total. just wondering if I missed something on how it works/gets updated.

Update: Looks like the calculator updates in the morning. The wagers from yesterday now reflect in my calculator..and I never contacted support.

                I have a problem.

I should be at the top level, and I e-mailed them inquiring about my number of wagers, and they told me they don't keep track of it.
