    Beware dimelinesports
I made an check deposit last thursday. The money was out of my checking account Friday, and I was told that on Monday, today, the money would be in my gaming account. Today they tell me the processor isn't working(it is, they took the money out!!!!), and that I should expect the money back in my checking account tomorrow. So they get to hold my funds, intereste free, from friday until tuesday. WTF is that?

    Hi mrpooh,

Thanks for sharing with the board.

The method you used is hit and miss as a US player. Let us know how it goes, it can usually take 5-7 business days to see the refund.

      Hi mrpooh,

With instant deposits, DimeLine asks clients to confirm the exact amount debited from their checking accounts. For example, a $100 transaction would post as $99.xx. When a client is unable to confirm, they wait a couple business days to confirm the deposit with their processors. Doing it this way protects against any potential NSFers.
