I was recently told by a DSI customer service rep that they calculate rollover using the smaller of risk or win. However, this is not stated on their website and in the past my I have taken a bonus they have used the risk amount in calculating their rollover. So I only assumed that they use the risk amount. I like to bet on favorites so that's why I played with them. But this time when I went to request my payout they told me that they use the smaller of risk or win. I told them it's not fair to mislead a bettor by changing the rules. The rep said that I got lucky in the past and this is just how the always do it. It doesn't seem right. Rollover calculations should be systematic and not changed from one deposit to the next.
Here's an update on the issue:
I emailed their customer service to find out what the deal is and they replied that they use the risk amount. So the CS rep that told me they use the small or risk/win was wrong. His name was "Mark" and he was on line chat late at night. I got my payout processed without a problem this morning.
