          I also spoke to Diamond, about 2 hours ago. They said that ACH is working pefectly now. In fact, I made an ACH withdrawal yesterday, which they say is being processed correctly as normal.

          Nonetheless, let's keep each other updated

            I still have yet to hear back from them regarding there current processing issues gentlemen. When I do I will report back regarding this matter.

                You could be waiting a bit if you sent them an email. haven't been having any luck via that route. Still easy to get a punk CS though thru live chat.

                      Just got on live chat and was told to call Walter in customer service. I called and they said walter was busy working on the delayed payouts and to call tomorrow and they would put the money back into my account and send me either a free ** withdrawal, free ** withdrawal, or free cashier's check.

                            Take the money gram...its the best method they have. Only problem is they have a max of 1k.

                              The worrying thing about them at the moment is that it isnt just payments that they are having a problem with. there email simply does not work, and they are completely unwilling to accept this. They just give out the standard reply

                              "our email is working normally sir"

                              If normal means nothing ever gets through tehn they may be correct.

                                Everything is OK

                                The Cris books seem to have corrected everything.

                                I requested an ach payout on Monday and received it the next day! The name of the processor is different implying they made some adjustment. Anyhow, no more need for specifics as we don't have to tell Uncle Sam everything.

                                  sorry, I forgot to mention that my ach withdrawal from Sep 4 has not arrived yet. Clearly, the was a problem with payouts but they seem to have corrected it as stated in my previous post.

                                    Regarding old ACH requests such as mine from sep 4, the Cris books are now asking to re-send them via courier checks without any fee. Their ACH system is working correctly again but they don't want it flooded with all the new and old requests all at once, therefore old requests need to be sent via check.

                                    I applaud the Cris books for rectifying the problem quickly within a couple weeks. It's not easy conducting busness freely and efficiently when the U.S. government is out to screw you

                                              ACH and all is working perfectly for myself at Diamond. If you're having any problems, I'm sure they'll be cleared up any day now.

                                              Maybe it helped that I never cursed them out or yelled at them? I don't know. Maybe it helps that I don't deposit and withdraw small amounts incessantly as some people do? I don't know. Be patient and everything will be fine.

                                                    was it ach or check? The ach processor didn't function during the first two weeks of september. They cancelled those ach requests and are re-sending them as free courier checks but you need to speak with them to make the change.
