Betonline book 2 book transfer problems
"b2b are completed within a maximum of 24 hours, however we strive to complete the transfer within just a few hours. The maximum payout per day is x the maximum payout per week is x Fees apply for this service up to x 2 Deposits thru any other methods are required prior been eligible for this option."

This was taken from the payout page from BetOnline (obviously edited to take out the amounts). I've received 3 different payouts from them. Some went smoother than others, but all and all, not a horrible experience. I've now requested a b2b transfer to 5dimes. I've built a small roll and I'd like to spread it out to different places. I'm not a big bettor but don't feel comfortable having a large about for me (extremely low 4 figures) in one spot. I requested this transaction at 9:58 pm on February 12th. With the underlined part up top, the transfer still hasn't been made. I made a few hundred playing poker at BOL. Apparently, this is causing the problem because they tell me the poker department is reviewing my account. They've been reviewing the account for 2 days now. I don't know what they're looking to find. I guess maybe try and accuse me of chip dumping. The only reason I say that is because I've read multiple stories of that happening on SBR. I tried asking to talk to the poker dept and was told they don't accept calls or chat. All I want to know is what's going on. I was told by a CSR that it would be "tomorrow" the last two days. Also, told they couldn't give me a timeframe but could be tomorrow.

I just see those answers as a run around. I was then told after my payment is approved it could talk another 24 hours. Just really frustrating!

Just a little chat from the crack CS team over at BOL...

Hi! Welcome to BetOnline! How can I help you?
You are now chatting with Monty
Your Issue ID for this chat is LTK58301085583X. Please record it in case of pending issue.
Monty: Thank you for contacting BetOnline Live Chat Service. How may I assist you today?
Jeremy: I would like to know the status of my transfer to 5dimes and my payout via **.
    Jeremy: B&&&&&
    Jeremy: ******
Monty: They are both still pending the poker approval
Jeremy: That's what I've been told for 4 days now
Jeremy: How long does that take??
    Monty: depends
    Jeremy: ON?
Monty: we need to verify every single hand you played
Monty: if your hand history is massive
Monty: it could take a bit
    Monty: up to 5 days
    Monty: business days
Jeremy: thats hilarious because the chat yesterday said 3.
    Monty: That's wrong information
Monty: I will look in the records to get the agent's name
Jeremy: Ok let me get the chat because I've saved them all.
    Monty: great
Jeremy: What is the fee to have all my money transfered to 5dimes while I find this?
Monty: from 100.00 to 250.00 are the fees
    Jeremy: Cole Rivers
    Jeremy: Feb 14th
    Monty: makes sense
Monty: one of the new guys
    Monty: thank you
Jeremy: Can you contact the poker dept and see how much longer this will take?
Monty: my apologies for the misinformation
Monty: I am doing that right now
    Monty: please stand by
    Jeremy: ok
    Monty: thank you
Monty: should be ready for tomorrow after 6pm
Jeremy: Well I guess there's nothing i can do to speed this up. "Should be ready" is a real firm answer. So what should I do when I ask tomorrow and someone tells me "Oh Monty, he's the new guy. Makes sense. It won't be ready until next week"?

Monty later stated I could directly ask for him when I contact them tomorrow. Am I wrong to be a little frustrated here? I win a few hundred bucks and they're basically accusing me of fruadulent poker activity. I'm played poker with them on several occasions and won a little and lost a little. I made a withdraw and didn't get hasseled like this. I don't think BOL is broke and I don't think it's some big conspiracy theory, I just think it's terrible customer service and wrong for them to post a payout timeframe they aren't willing to meet.

I will never play with BOL again and hope everyone else has a better experience than I've recently had.

i think the policy of delaying withdrawals due to playing poker is fine. however, they should warn all clients that it WILL DELAY YOUR WITHDRAWAL if you play poker. it should be on the main page, the withdrawal page, the poker page. everywhere. advertise it. this way there are no surprises.
