Doxxbet added to SBR ratings guide

Doxxbet has been added to the SBR sportsbook ratings guide at C.

Doxxbet is headquartered in Malta and holds an LGA gaming license. The company took its first online bet in September of 2007. The sportsbook has servers both in Slovakia and Malta, and runs its marketing out of both places. Doxxbet's managing director Milan Smehyl oversees a staff of fifty. Doxxbet assures SBR that it will allow mediation of player disputes and work with SBR on any player reported issues against the sportsbook.

Doxxbet players with feedback are asked to write to SBR.

indeed. eve if they are not a sponsor, B rating should be ok. If you want to start low, start B-

never heard of getwin. but doxxbet seems solid, they limit fast (which is sign of smart management) and appear professional. i think also someoneis representing (or was representing) them at this forum.

                      Hey guys,

thank you for your positive comments. I am glad to see them. I hope we will be ranked better soon, I got info that SBR can not really start with high ratings, but can adjust the rating after some testing period. We would later also like to become a sponsor here, but that, of course, takes some time.

I was always in touch with SBR staff and we will do our best not just to reply to your concerns but particularly to prevent them.

You can anytime contact me here on forum, as I keep checking it, or also directly peter.soltes@doxxbet.com and I will do my best.

We are also planning some new features, mostly in mobile betting and live betting, so stay in touch and keep betting :-))

                      Have a great day,

                      -Peter Soltes

hey clovek, have you removed that thing that the trader has to decide for every bet if it will be accepted or not even during livebetting?

Hi, this has been handled. It wasn't eliminated as a whole, because of bets with really high amounts, but in the past we had approximately 90% of bets going to trader for approval, while now it is less then 30% and decreasing, with higher percentage of acceptance.

We decided to decrease or postpone initial deposit bonuses for now and reward our players more. Therefor we have a huge automated system of bonuses for active players, from reload bonuses, free bets, birthday bonuses for players with lower turnover and vip program for players with higher turnover.

We were known on this forum for really fast payouts. It is of course a bit harder as you grow bigger, but our approximate time for moneybookers withdrawal takes less then 2 hours. Sometimes when we make special promotions and there are a lot of withdrawals it may take a bit longer, but after verification it takes no more then 12 hours. We will continue on this and we are already expanding to handle withdrawals always as soon as possible.

Documation differs according to countries. ID is always required, after card payment, you may be required to send a copy of a card or bill stating your address.

This also varies according to leagues and players. In the past, it was nearly every bet going to trader. Today, the biggest leagues do not go to traders at all. Even livebetting and small leagues limits were increased and they don't go to trader. Even if some of your bets go to the trader it is most probable that your bet will be accepted. From stats I can tell that every single month lower percentage of bets go to trader for 3 consecutive years now. So it depends on what you are betting, how much you are betting and what are the stakes.

So, almost 4 years ago you said less than 30% of bets go to trader for approval. I just signed up a little while ago, have tried to place a bet 6 times on 6 different matches, and every single time it went to trader and was rejected.

I went to live chat, and asked if I can withdraw the money since it looks like I'm not allowed to place any bets for some reason, they want to deduct a 5% withdrawal fee. What a joke!!!

I didn't place any live bets, all of them prematch. I was trying to place a few 50-100 euro bets on pre season NBA games, and the limit was less than 100 euros in all of the games. It didn't show the max bet amount before placing the bet, but you get an error message if the stake is too high. However, it didn't accept any of the bets even after I lowered the stake so that it was less than the max amount.
