    Intertops Cheating Again
I hadn't placed any bets at Intertops for a year or more, but I kept getting reload bonus offers from them (addressed to me personally and including my username), so eventually decided to take them up on their offer and re-deposited. For my pains they gave me a reload bonus of £50.

A couple of days later, they sent out the NFL post-season offer of a $200 free bet, again addressed to me personally and including my username. I duly fulfilled the requirements for this, which involved fairly substantial bets, and sent them an e-mail requesting that they credit the bonus.

I was rather taken aback to receive a reply informing me that my account was not eligible for bonuses. I explained that they had been sending me offers for months, had just credited my account with a reload bonus a few weeks previously, and had invited me personally to partake in the promotion.

The response was as expected - no bonus. Were Intertops always this dishonest, or is this a new strategy?

In a fit of pique I replied to the latest refusal and suggested that if they were going to act so fraudulently then I no longer wished to bet with them, and would appreciate a full withdrawal of my balance.

Today I received the balance of my account.... minus the original £50 reload bonus. WTF!!!?

So, in conclusion, Intertops are lying, robbing bastards, and I would advise everybody to avoid them.

I'm guessing there was a rollover before you could withdraw that 50 pound bonus

      Berg,

Thanks for sharing. Had you fully rolled over the £50 reload bonus before requesting your balance? If not, it sounds like they actually accommodated your request fairly.

You are welcome to submit the details to help@sportsbookreview.com so we can ask a manager to confirm.

I'm perfectly aware that they withheld the £50 because of the roll-over requirement, that was just the final kick in the gonads after they had offered me a bonus, I'd fulfilled the requirements, and they then denied me that bonus.

It was their dishonesty that led me to request the withdrawal in the first place, and it seems they are far more keen to observe the terms and conditions of their bonuses when this involves taking £50 from my balance, than when it requires them to credit me in line with a promotion.

So not only are their lines shite, they act fraudulently too. B+ my arse.
