What is the relevance of the deposit to wager size if no bonus is involved?

Most sportsbooks, including all of the ones I'm aware of that take US customers, have a minimum 1X rollover even if there's no bonus involved. Obviously you can't fulfill a 1X rollover in one bet if that wager exceeds house limits.

I am sorry. English is not my primary language.

my idea was that even if you don't want the rw bonus, maybe you are getting a bonus at another book so you bet at rw just to hedge eslewhere for rollover.

some books require 1x rollover even if you don't take a bonus, so I don't find it strange that RW limits your bets if you don't take a bonus.

I see you are not understanding and that is my fault.

If a customer deposits $300 and forgoes all bonuses, what is the purpose of limiting her to $150 wagers?

Blackie is a prime example of why owners shouldn't post on forums.

Blackie needs to learn to shut his yapper. He has some anger issues

Why would I ever deposit in a place where the owners name is Blackie and calls posters on this site "pussys". Also a owner who wont let me deposit a thousand and put it on one game. Stick with bet islands rebate wager is a joke. Also look how they posted the chat i had with them. they are very very un-professional but SBR will bow down because they get checks from them!

                      Please Read "rebate Wager"

Yesterday I posted in the Sports book and the industry thread. This concerns rebate wager. I was very upset with rebate wager and here is why. Im the type of player who takes no bonus. I may want to go all in on a play and withdraw the next day. Its obiv. to see rebate wager does not allow that! Im staying with bet islands screw rebate wager they just lost thousands of dollars in action! if you don't take a bonus you have no rollover and your max wager will be 50% of what you deposit (not to exceed $500). That max wager can be increased upon request after 30 days<o></o>
Also they posted my full private chat convo with them, and blackie called me a pussy quote

Your not forced to play somewhere, betislands will be good for u. But Rebatewager is one of my outs and i can assure u they are not a joke, i also use Betislands and i can tell u that they a both different and there are things u can find at Rebatewager that u cant at Betislands and they same way the other way u can find things at Betislands that u cant find at Rebatewager.
Also i don't agree with what was said by the owner but don't let that stop u from having an extra out, as your money is safe with them.

at justbet u can deposit 1k. bet a game for 100 and withdrawal if u want...not to say I ever would.. but if someone wanted to, at this book there is no 1X rollover if no bonus is taken.

scott or sharky can answer if this is really the case.. but i believe so.

What does rebate wager have over betislands? Bet Islands has basically the same 100% free play in addition to getting a free 1/2 point during the week.

I cant believe that upper management would come into open forum and speak like that to anyone. Thats behind closed doors talk at best. I have nothing bad to say about the book per say but I didnt use them more because they dont offer alot of options compared to 5Dimes and Heritage. I just really cant believe that upper management would conduct themselves like this in open forum. On another note I really dont think they are a scam book because they dont hide the fact that they only pay p2p on Mondays and they also let you know up front about limits on wagers. NOT A SCAM BOOK by far but very very questionable conduct by the book's boss attacking another book and a poster. Even Tony at 5Dimes wouldnt go there.

Not necessarily. Both street smart and book smart can work in this business.

Only thing is that if he wants pro losers, which is what the rebate in rebatewager is all about, he should lower the juice so they can scalp out more easily. Or at least offer reduced juice to a list of people who know how to do that consistently.

I have been paid every single time by RW- Once for $15000 and recently for another $10000(Well so far i got $5000 but no doubt the rest will get here). I have also in the past cashed out a few $5000 and ALWAYS get the cash.
