not sure about that. poker and sport betting is two different products. it's not easy to beat pinnacle offer (or asian bookies, for that matter).
legal questions aside, they would for sure acquire a sportsbook if they could. recently titanpoker did so, but cannot judge their success... product is not sth special at all.

Pokerstars would deal -110 for the tons of players already there. The trend from poker sites has been to get a skin and collect a little extra revenue on the side.
