How much info do books have on you when you call?
Might be a silly question but, I had my CC declined at Bodog and ended up calling BetJamaica a bit later to try and deposit. After speaking with the guy for a bit and only giving him my email address, he was steering me towards All Access cards when he made a comment about how my CC declined earlier. I reacted surprised asking how he would know that, and he somewhat awkwardly recovered by saying he thought he was talking to me earlier.

The strange thing is that he correctly said my CC brand and Bank (Chase **********).

Is it possible that he had my phone number from caller ID and was able somehow see that I had attempted a charge at Bodog? Do these guys use the same processors or something or do they share information in some way?

    Just curious..

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir

I'm sure there is a log of some type on file where they could see the decline, however don't quote me on that.

      Thanks!

Great board and site! I wish I know about this place 2 years ago when I first started with the Offshore places.

BetJM certainly doesn't have a log of people that tried to deposit at Bodog. They better not. I don't see how they would.

Of course BetJamaica has a log of your financial activity at BetJamaica, but I don't see how they would have any information on the use of your card at Bodog. I'd like to find an explanation for this. Call that guy again and ask how he knew, or call BetJam CS and ask them about it.

He said it was just a coincidence and that he had just spoke to a guy with a similar voice that had declined and not to worry. But everything prior to that in our conversation was centered around not wanting to use the credit card cause I wanted the bonus, so I don't understand why he thought I had tried to put the credit card through? He had my email and phone number at this point as well.

I don't know...Just seemed really odd, particularly cause he named the financial institution and the time frame. I thought maybe they used the same processor or something..
