    BetClic confiscates player's balance
    BetClic confiscates player's balance

A BetClic (SBR rating D+) player files a sportsbook complaint. The player tells SBR that he deposited €20 to BetClic and increased his balance up to €115. He requested a withdrawal on December 30th, 2011. The player states that after a few days of not hearing back from the sportsbook he noticed his deposit was refunded. The player states that BetClic refuses to disclose why the remainder of his balance was confiscated. SBR is following up on this sportsbook complaint.

I can report only that I received a £1000+ withdrawal 3 months ago without any problems once I had provided acceptable i.d.

I am the victim in this situation. I sent them my identity card and after much insistence they said they found irregularities but did not say what those irregularities. I always played according to rules. What can I do to receive the money that I have retained?

Haha, yeah, I received 4 fig amount twice from them and many low 3 fig without any problem. It seems you have multiple accounts with them or you just share IP with some other player?

I'm just have one account in betclic. If they found a problem whit my account, why they don't tell me what's happened. Anyway I don't share my IP, but if someone had used the same IP, they would tell me that the problem was that.
