    YouWin Sportsbook confiscates €14,677 from players in 2011

    YouWin Sportsbook balance confiscations

    YouWin confiscated €3,838 from a player that was accused of suspicious betting. The funds forfeiture was made on January 25th, 2011. YouWin failed to provide clear proof of wrongdoing.

    On July 13th, 20011, a player had a balance of €1,120 confiscated with no explanation. YouWin declined to discuss this complaint with the player or SBR.

    On September 6th, 2011, a player requested a €1,357 withdrawal. YouWin froze the player's account, then confiscated his balance. No evidence of player violation was shared with SBR.

    On October 10th, 2011, a player had his account closed and balance confiscated after making a €642 payout request. YouWin claimed that the player was guilty of clear fraud, but offered no specifics. YouWin claimed that their beliefs were confirmed after a telephone interview with the player....

    On October 25th, 2011, a player requested a withdrawal of €800, then had his account closed with no explanation from YouWin.

    On November 1st, 2011, a player made a payout request for €300. YouWin closed the account without providing explanation, and confiscated the funds.

    On November 4th, 2011, a player attempted a withdrawal of €5,382. His account was closed by the sportsbook and balance zeroed. No explanation was given to the player.

    On December 8th, 2011, a player deposited €1,200 and lost €570. After making a withdrawal request for his balance (€630), YouWin closed his account and confiscated his balance. YouWin shared no evidence with the player or SBR for the confiscation.

    YouWin Sportsbook bonus disputes

    On December 13th, 2011, a player deposited €500, receiving a €25 bonus. With €1,100 left to rollover, the player was limited to €7.50 max per bet. The player's balance of €289 cannot be withdrawn until the bonus requirements are fulfilled; YouWin has not offered the player a prorated portion of the bonus + all winnings.
    On December 13th, 2011, a player deposited €100 and was limited to €0 max wagers shortly thereafter. The player was given a bonus, but did not use it. The player provided screenshots to SBR of rejected €1 wagers. The complaint remains open.

    YouWin Sportsbook refuses to grade select tennis matches citing investigations

    On February 4th, 2011, a player won €750 on two tennis matches.The matches were Giraldo in ATP Movistar, and Garcia Lopez at ATP Zagreb. Both markets were suspended pending investigation. This player has not reported payment. A second player reported being paid a sum of €250 for suspended wagers on the same match.

    On October 3rd, 2011, a player reported that two winning bets on Chievo-Samdoria from six months earlier were not graded. The player reports not being paid €300.

    YouWin Sportsbook is part of WinUnited Ltd., a Malta based gaming company. On September 28th, 2011, SBR reported that Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) moved its operations to Malta under new domain Global.Sportsbook.com. The new Sportsbook.com setup is powered by the YouWin paltform.
