    Bad experiences with DSI
I played a DSI a couple of times in the last few months and it has been horrible.
    Where do I begin...

On two occasions I had to contact SBR to get my bonus credited. I requested it multiples times through live chat and after 3 days still nothing.

They ones doubled the rollover on a bonus although the email said otherwise.

I emailed them for 6 other different issues multiple times and I never received a reply. They just don't reply to my emails anymore.

I got one payout rejected but I was never informed about it. Reason was "recent payout" although I requested it 7 days after my previous one.

DSI doesn't let me withdraw my winnings to another method anymore. I couldn't find anywhere on the site that this wasn't possible.

    Etc...

I play at DSI and think they're a solid book..use the Live Chat - they always help me with any issues.

Why do you have to email them 6 times in such a short time???I have emailed them zero times in 4+ years. You're a pest, that's why they won't reply!

Did you check your spam folder? Their replies could end up there. I am sure SBR are eager to help you to get things sorted out.

Yeah why email them, when all u have to do is go on live chat or call them on the phone and get direct responses, they will probably just credit your account with them right then and there.

DSI, BM, CRIS - the whole group might be slow or unresponsive by email, but live chat is decent if you get a rep that knows his stuff.

They don't have the best CS in the industry, but I don't think it's that important. They have some other redeeming qualities.
