I tried to cash out 500 and they wanted receipts for 3 credit cards that I faxed them.
They claimed it was the wrong information even though I sent bank statements and highlighted the deposits.
I have put up with this kind of crap ever since I opened an account there.
I told them to close my account but will probably never see my money.

betus always try their best to not pay their winning players. I still remember that they were D- years ago, then went up to C. now they go down to D+. Might be blacklisted at anytime.
