5dime cover up?

To make a long story short
1. disputed baccrat hand
2. When i disputed the result i got this response
mike: then why did i lose this hand?
mike: i bet banker on this hand
Percy: no you bet T
mike: wow
mike: something seems fishy here
mike: the pitboss said there was no bet placed
mike: check the chat record
mike: and now your saying my bet was placed on tie?
Percy: I can't check the chat record

I find this very hard to believe

3. then the following
Percy: You now what you betted on . So just accept what it happened .
mike: now how hard was it to say "sir you bet on tie" ?
Percy: I gave you all the history
Percy: as you asked for
Percy: then answer all your questions
mike: Where in the history does it show where i placed the bet?
mike: let me guess it doesnt show that
Percy: there it is
Percy: check it again

So i checked again and got this
mike: where does it show "bet on tie"
Percy: then I sent you 8777139 07:15:43 07:16:05 B: A?,6? 7 Banker 20.00 T -20.00
Percy: P: 9?,7?
Percy: The T stands for Tie
mike: Your kidding right?
Percy: No
mike: This was the first hand history you sent
mike: Percy: 8777139 1/3/2012 7:15:52 AM BAC D Add Bet 20 208.50
mike: this is just sent me
mike: Percy: 8777139 07:15:43 07:16:05 B: A?,6? 7 Banker 20.00 T -20.00
Percy: yes and when asked for the outcome for that specific one I send you the other part

There is no way he could have added that "other par" is there? Nahhhhhhhh

Finally i ask for an email to send to sbr and get this response

mike: can you please send this to my email
Percy: no , you can copy paste it from this window
mike: are you kidding me?
Percy: no
Percy: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
mike: so in other words your response to this will be "player altered chat log"
Percy: The chat is here . You can copy paste it . It's your call . I'm glad you understood what happened with your hand . It's unfortunate that it's not what you expected .
mike: its the principle here. I will copy and paste this chat session and post it on sportsbook review and we can let the public decide
mike: Do you have the current time?
Percy: if that makes you feel better
Percy: go ahead

Im more ticked about the run around and attitude of 5dimes than losing the $20
seems like 5dimes doesnt seem to be concerned what the betting public thinks of them either

5 dimes said you lost when i wanted history i got the following
Percy: 8777135 1/3/2012 7:15:43 AM BAC C Win 19.5 228.50

Then when i requested bet placement history i got this response

compile your best case in an email and now go politely an email to a supervisor at 5dimes. While very polite, 5d customer service wont be able to do anything besides forward this to a supervisor. It will take a day or two.

I had a similiar situation with a third party vendor and 5dimes...when that happens it takes time no matter how it turns out.

Did you think that was going to help you somehow?

I understand being frustrated about it, but is 20$ worth being an asshole about?

I was just getting pissed with the customer rep's percieved attitude

I had a nightmare expierence years ago with Sportsbetting.com and a payout
They outsource their customer service and by the time they knew me on first name basis they were basicly mocking me at the other end of the line

This situation just reminded me of what i went through years ago
