      he went to court and lost his case.. the attournys probably told him to finally shutup about it all as he was slandering ez's name just as much as he was claiming rx or ez did his.

        How could you actually even try to sue an Online Sportsbook... they are out of the legal jurisdiction of the U.S.

        Why the fukk would they even show up to court?

          Did he lose? I never saw a thread discussing the verdict, which would be public domain as were the original case docs.

            If the domain was a .com, the court could hand it over in default judgment. I imagine that's what he was hoping for -- didn't need them to show up.

              It was dismissed without prejudice. The Judge issued an order asking Cory why he hadn't served EZStreet and theRX properly yet and to explain why the case shouldn't be thrown out. He also wondered why the case was filed in Colorado considering none of the parties, including himself, have any connection to the state nor conducted any business there that was relevant to the case. Cory never responded so it's done for now. He can re-file obviously but I haven't seen him post anywhere in awhile so I have no clue what the deal is at this point.
