Believe me I know this is not a lot of money. I almost didn't even want to claim it because I feel that t's almost like a slap in the face honestly. I inquired about receiving a birthday free play like many books give out to their customers.


Their reply was decent enough as I got this email.

I didn't bother going onto live chat again the next day (today) because I later received an email from Legends saying to keep in mind that this freeplay would now require a $100 deposit to receive.

I'm completely like WTF here?

How can you email me saying I will get one. I go onto live chat and they tell me that I have to wait until the next day (which is my actual birthday so that made sense I guess). And then override both of my previous conversations and say that I must make a deposit.

Just Wow Legends. Pathetic customer service here. I am not really mad because it's a measly $20 freeplay, but LOL at the amount of time I've wasted just trying to get this so I can tee off on some stupid parlay with it.

I even sent an email to Legends last night with the chat log in the email. Surprisingly enough I have not heard back. I guess they are ignoring me and going back on their word over a $20 freeplay!

It is a tough choice who is more cheap "dtp" or legends. You must be hard up to beg for free money. Legends didn't show a lot of class asking a the deposit the next day but I think "dtp" coimng on here to cry about his free $20 makes him the "winner".

It's the principle of the matter, and personally I like knowing which books pull stunts for rinky dink amounts like this. From the initial email and chat it's obvious the implication is that it's a no-deposit birthday gift (and I've gotten such birthday gifts from any books in the past), so for a book to mislead a guy on a $20 free play is bush league.

Chance, you are a douchebag buddy. Obviously I know that a $20 freeplay is like 9 bucks and not worth shit, which is why I said it's almost like a slap in the face for them to offer me that amount. Plus a 5 time rollover on winnings. Obviously I posted this because of the principle of this issue.


To update: I ended up emailing them back today once again after they ignored my email yesterday. They responded once again by saying that I needed to deposit to get this birthday freeplay.

Then about 10 minutes later I get another email from another representative, Hazel saying that Upper Management has decided to give me a one time exception and to claim my freeplay over live chat.

So I go to live chat and they tell me they are doing me a favor by giving me this one time exception but otherwise I would have to deposit. So they tell me this will be a paper ticket and also that it has to be a straight wager. I couldn't even parlay with a $20 freeplay LOL.

This issue is just comical really. I've emailed over and over, gone to live chat, been lied to, etc. all for a chance to win $18.18 with a 5 time rollover!

It should have gone....Can I have my free play? Yes on your birthday, $20 5x rollover. If a deposit is not part of their normal protocol on this type of thing, no matter whether it is $20 or $200, then they're wrong.

Legends is an out for us US players, but a last resort for me. It made one deposit recently and it will be the last. After reading stories in this forum about the crooked casino they continue to run, I'm out.
