RW transfer card?
It says on their site..."Contest pay outs are processed to the RW transfer card and person to person transfers only. No express checks will be issued for contest payouts".
Can someone explain what a Rebate Wager transfer card is? I see no explanation on their site. Figured asking here would be easier than dealing with a books CS.
