Any way to beat the BetUS "agreement"? Won't let me withdrawal until I risk enough.

So I had a phase where I put lots of money into different sportsbooks because I was on an "arbitrage" kick and wanted to be prepared when the opportunity arose. I've since gotten most of my money back into 1 or 2 accounts so I can bet like a sane person, but BetUs won't let me withdrawal anything until I've risked at least 3 times what I put in (which would be 1000 x3 = 3000 risked) to satisfy their "free money" bonus.

So I tried to get around it by betting a lot on ML's of heavy favorites when available, but then found out that they only count the potential winnings towards the total. So my 500 to win 50 was only giving me 50 dollars towards the 3000.

Has anyone dealt with this or know a way around it? It is MY money after all, I should be able to forgo the "bonus" and just take my money back. So far I've broken even at 1000, but still have another 1500 to risk.

    Pap45murf,

BetUS rollover is pretty easy to meet. An hour before a lot of games start, just compare BetUS's price to Pinnacle. If you have $1k at BetUS, just bet $50 anytime you see their price is off. You'll not only meet rollover, you'll grind out a small profit (well, you at least have EV even if you lose).

Here is how I always have decent success (with luck of course) but I don't like doing it all the time because you do this on a bad day and you can get potentially hammered, but like I said, I have limited success with this.

Pick 8 to 10 teams (go strong with ML favorites that your best handicapping skills tells you they will win S/U)
Round Robin 2 team parlay combos
Round Robin 3 team parlay combos
(it's a hell of a lot of combos, but you break 50% picks it'll pay off)

Your going to lose a few but if you can hit 5 out 10 teams (which is achievable because your not messing with pointspreads) and you break about even (or up some depending on the ML's)

But your really only worried about breaking even because you just want your wins money to count to meet the agreement terms.

Like I said, you do this on the wrong day and you'll shoot yourself in the foot. However, be conservative about it and you'll get your risk returned.

It's the best advice I can give you and I hope someone posts better advice for you, but like I said it's gambling and there is risk as with all.

Best thing to do is never put money into BetUS.

To be honest, I have not found a way around their rollover restrictions. I sucked it up, bet as much as I needed to, withdrew my money, and got paid promptly.

To be short, their rules suck, but they pay the money. Not a scam.

Don't you have money in another book? Why not arbitrage some more...no biggie.
Matchbook would be a good out to have if you are arbitraging
Are you finding good arbs at Betus?
