I have been around a very long time, and use mainly credit books at A+ books only; however I still find myself using Heritage and 5Dimes for post up.
I must say Heritage Customer service has gone backwards. Still a very good book; however they used to treat their customers like a king. Maybe it's because they bounced me out a 4 years ago, but have since accepted me again with The Greek transaction.
Customer service at 5Dimes is horrendous, and Heritage is becoming more and more like them daily.
Of course I will continue to deal with them because the pros outweigh the cons, and the amount of quality post up books out there is very scarce.
Anyhow, probably a meaningless post, but I thought I should share.
