    made a wager over the phone, not placed in system.
    so i have been using the book WAGERCHIEF, never had any problems until now. i called at 7:56pm EST and made a bet over the phone. i took the LEAFS on the ML. i come home from work right now and i check my history of bets made today. i notice the bet was never placed and i never got credited for the win. this is friggin BS! i have all the call history on my phone to there wagering department. i made the bet confirmed the bet with my password username and all that good stuff. how should i approach this situation?

    You write down or were given a confirmation # ?

    As I recall, but been years, the rep would log in and place it while your on the phone. How bout reps name? Calls are recorded so "IF" they want to, they should be able to find it.

      Doesn't hurt to try. If it wasn't too significant amount of money for them, they might give it to you without checking just to keep you happy.

        they dont give a confirmation number. once you place your bet they ask you to repeat your username and password as your confirmation. yeah im gonna give them a call right now to find out wtf happened. this is bull...


        if they dont reimburse me im gonna take my business elsewhere fukk that...

          Wagerchief is legit, so hoping things work out. Calls should be/are recorded. Don't go in like JJ and screaming bro, just try to sort it out be calm bro it will go a long way.

              no need to come crying here so soon. First have them review the recorded call, and, if still disputed, play it to you.
              if that doesnt solve it, make a big noise about it here.

                  the book (every 1) also recoreds EVERY phone call that comes into the place so they would have it recoreded for sure...now if they admit it, thats another story

                        you call them. you tell them what time. they look up it up. They play the phone call and credit you with the win.
                        i did this quite a few times with betjam and they usually will let you hear the call while you are on the phone. Weird hearing yourself being a degen.. call them. they will fix it in 5 mins
