    Betonline withdrawl problems
    Betonline payout problems and lies

[COLOR=#000000 !important]I'll try and summarize the story without writing 10,000 words on it.

I've been battling with BetOnline about getting paid. I tried to request a wire last week. Well the following problems have happened:

It wouldn't let me request the wire because it said I haven't met my rollover requirement. That was total BS because it's a 6X requirement. I've bet well beyond that and was never an issue. I tried for three days to get them to fix it. I had to email 2 different departments with all kinds of information before they finally fixed it. I have the email saying I was fine to request a payout. I tried and it still wasn't fixed. It took me two seperate chats to finally get them to fix it.
After they fixed it they wanted: 1. Valid ID 2. Bank Statement or Utility Bill 3. Front and Back of card used to make the deposit (No problem with this at all. I understand the need to verify the account). I sent all that in and tried again after they told me to go ahead because I've met all the requirements. I was later told I needed to send in all CCs used on this account. This was not asked by the first person I chatted with. Needless to say, it still didn't work.
They called after I bitched again saying my payment would be processed on Monday. It wasn't processed.
I chatted with them on Tuesday and was promised it would be processed. I was told that they contacted the processing department to speed this up since I've had so many problems with it. Again, nothing was processed.

So I contact them again today and get the run around again. I also got the excuse of it being hard to send a wire to US customers. The payment hasn't even been processed yet!!!! I've been lied to by 6 different people. "Al" "Sophia" "Barry" "Dwayne" and twice by phone. What kind of sportsbook is this??

I'm beyond done. I can't physically argue with these people anymore. I guess I'll just wait and hope they send me my withdrawl. Not sure what else I can do. I've read in many forums that this is typical for betonline

Lou, I responded to your email.

Sportsbooks need to be held accountable for actions that are deceiving. I've received numerous copy and paste answers claiming my payment would be processed and it's simply not happening. Even twice by phone. They tell me I can email cs@betonline.com to cancel my account and it will be honored within 24 hours. So they can close an account within 24 hours but can't process a payment request within 3 days? This doesn't figure in the week of arguing with them about a mythical rollover requirement that I hadn't met (BS).

If it takes a month to receive a wire then so be it. I would just like to deal with an honest, truthful book that treats its customers with respect. I think it's obvious by reading the horror stories in this forum, betonline has taken a bad turn.

They are dragging their feet on my check payout, going on 2 weeks w/o even being processed yet. From what I hear, BOL always pays eventually, not very comforting from a recommended sponsor Book IMO. Good Luck, Fitz--collect and drop these clowns.

what do you mean by 2 weeks without being processed? what reason do they give?

if you mean it says "approved" as opposed to "paid" in pending payouts, that means nothing. i have received 3 payouts from them that still say "approved" and not paid.

My request hasn't even been approved yet. That's the main issue. They won't even give me an answer as to why that's taking so long. They just keep telling me it's going to be processed every morning so I'll quit calling/chatting with them. Obviously something is going on deeper than we know. Too many people are getting the run around. Hopefully it's not financial issues.

My payout is approved. However, it has been listed as " in progress" ever since. This is my first BOL payout and I'm wondering how long in progress becomes processed and when processed leads to a check actually received. The entire process is already longer than the 7 days quoted and all I get from them is guesses and lies.

This is also my first payout and my request is "waiting in handlers authorization". I've sent in the required documentation and was told by phone days ago it would be processed. It sounds like processed is just another problem waiting to happen. Hopefully, SBR can give us a little help. It's apparent that BOL isn't in any hurry to pay customers.

Fitz030808, I know the feeling and I agree with you completely. INTERTOPS has been messing me around for well over a month regarding my "moving" rollover requirement (it's changed 3 times in the last month). Each time I meet the revised target I get told I must now meet a new rollover requirement. Their latest trick is to restrict my bets to less than $5, so it will now probably take me several months to meet the new target. Don't be fooled by any bonus offers from these Sportsbooks. And stay well clear of INTERTOPS.

psreed- It took me a few days to get over that obstacle with BOL. I think my bonus was only around $60 with a 6X rollover requirement. I bet $1000 on Texas two weeks ago. Not to mention the endless amounts of bets previous to that. So them telling me I hadn't met the requirement was a joke.

not to defend there ridiculous withdrawal delays but they do make you rollover freeplay winnings. so if you made 1000 with some parlay with your 60 bonus, that would add 6,000 to your rollover. did you win a parlay with your freeplay?

I had a recent problem with them that got fixed but CS was bad. I"m waiting on how the Greg242 situation works out before I will consider playing there again.

Bubba, this bet was made with my funds, not free play money. I only received 60 in free play money. I've been with them for several months now and that was just an example bet. I've made multiple 1k bets on certain MLs that would've pushed me well beyond the rollover requirement. Just them trying to delay my withdrawl. I hope everyone eventually gets paid and have full confidence in SPR helping me get this resolved.

The message I've learned from dealing with flea bookmakers over the last 18 months is don't get sucked into the bonuses.
