Bro you should check with 5Dimes, I had the same issue but I learnt from several book managers that none of them process incoming transfers, apparently the book the funds are going out of is the one that needs to handle all the transfer, including crediting your account in the other book... I personally highly suggest that you check with 5Dimes (a manager, someone that actually knows how things work... cuz lets realize it... some clerks... OMG....)Comment
