What Jon says is true. My payout was processed Monday and delivered Friday, quicker than most A Books from my experience.

I am thinking of opening up an account with them. I live chatted and asked if they would send a check by Fedex or another courier to Canada as alternative to their withdrawal options. The clerk wasn't sure. I then emailed and asked them the same question and they haven't emailed back.
So far it has been 4 days and counting for an answer.

First of all I would like to extend my sincere apologies for the late
reply on this matter. I was the one who spoke to you on live chat. I had
sent an email to our processor to see if your request could be made, and
was waiting on a response. But since we only process checks on Mondays, and
due to the holiday weekend, I had not yet received a response. I assure you
that I will look into the matter first thing on Monday and have an answer
for you with regards to the possibility. Again apologies for the delay.

Maybe they just read my posting as this just came in on my email.
I still like their customer service though and will wait for their reply.
