Five Dimes and Heritage - stop timing out after a few minutes.
Can't these books upgrade their servers?

Why do we have to keep getting timed out after a few minutes?

Invest a few bucks in your companies.

Lots of books do this... it's irritating.

They likely are spending 10s of thousands on DDOS protection systems or the sites would go offline completely, and often, from Eastern European extortion gangs who constantly attack these type of website businesses.

No clue about Heritage because never used them. 5Dimes is brutal for this, the timer is so short and no warning. At TheGreek you can stay logged in for days (literally not exaggerating). Bodog seems like 30 minutes or so which is fine not that big of a deal, CRIS is shorter like 15 minutes is my guess. 5Dimes seems to be about 3 minutes if you don't touch something you're logged out.

I actually do not mind it. It's a security measure to prevent hacking I'm assuming. Isn't your biggest fear logging in one day and seeing your money gone? I don't know if this has anything to do with the thread but I'm assuming it does.

This is not a security measure to prevent hacking, nor is it protection against DOS attacks.

This is outdated/inadequate servers. They don't want too many bettors logged on at the same time, because they can't handle the traffic.
And they aren't willing to spend the money to modernize and increase their capacity.
Instead, they provide poor service to their clients by timing us out after 5 minutes.

I misunderstood your OP. Thought you were talking about the site going down/slow.
