Today I went and logged into my bodog account and was looking to reload and bet some college hoops.
Lone and behold it was disabled and said I needed to verify a card on my account.
The thing is the card they want me to verify is a gift card I got from my girl a while back and their is no verification for it & no name on the card. They are telling me to do the impossible.
They said they will call me and talk to me instead so I agreed to plea my case.
The girl that called me is retarded also, told me to verify the card bla bla bla.
I told her the same thing & she didn't believe me.
She told me the name on the card is not mine and please verify it.
I no longer have the card because I threw it away a few weeks back.
Now my account is disabled. Luckily I don't have any money on there.
What pisses me off is that I've been a loyal customer for 5 years & i'm a guaranteed loser.
I guess they are just doing a good deed by not letting me play anymore.
Bodog does not deserve to be a A+ book.
